夏天已远,滋味犹在

整理了阳光房里的番茄,收了一篮子青番茄。
夜半煮green tomato chutney。没有苹果醋,以寿司醋,葡萄醋和柠檬汁代之。没有芥末籽,也懒得去花园采小茴香,就多放几个丁香。白糖代替红糖。随意撒黑白胡椒粒。跟原方差之千里。早上用它来配烟熏三文鱼和吐司,倒是很配。甜酸相宜,回味中带一缕微辣和丁香的温暖香味.不就是夏天的味道和气息吗?
我们不能让时光倒流,但我们能让时光暂停片刻。
