鲜虾牛油果柑橘沙拉

材料(6人份,根据人数酌量加减):

1大勺黄柠檬汁,1大勺清柠檬汁,1大勺蜂蜜,5大勺橄榄油 (原方用的是3勺橄榄油+2勺核桃油,我家里没有核桃油,就全用橄榄油了)2大勺香葱(chive)切成葱花

1磅大虾,去壳去肠线,煮熟 (买现成的熟虾也可)

1个牛油果,去皮去壳,切成小块

1个柚子,剥皮,切成小瓣

1个橙子,剥皮,切成小瓣

做法:

1.将黄柠檬汁、清柠檬汁、盐、黑胡椒粉和蜂蜜混合在小碗里; 然后慢慢打入橄榄油(边倒油边用whisk搅拌),搅成较粘稠的汁; 再放入小葱花,拌匀。

2.将虾、牛油果、柚子瓣、和橘子瓣分份装盘,浇上酱汁
